Return Policy; Effective December 1,2008

1.  Special Cases   If the Owner falls ill and cannot take care of the Puppy, we will take it back if we have space.    No Refund! 2. Unruly Puppies! Buyer's responsibility to train the Puppy     No return! 3. Fleas & Worms are not a Sickness! All puppies have worms and must be dewormed on a regular basis. All puppies/dogs have fleas! Some meds will repell them, others prevent the Adult Fleas from reproducing.  No return! 4. Sickness: Puppies may be returned at the Buyers expense if the dogs sickness is proven to stem from us. Vets signed Docs are a must and pay for reexam at the Breeders Vet. If a Puppy leaves here healthy ( Breeder's Opinion), had all the proper dewormers and 1.shot and gets sick we will not pay for any Vet Bills. 5. Puppies shall not  be exposed to: a lot of people, get a walk in Rest Areas of the Freeways, visit a Dog Park or visit other animals until they had all shots. 6. Food: if the Puppy is put on a new food pellet without following the written change- over instructions the Puppy/Dog will get real sick! No return! No refund and Buyer shall not hold Breeder responsible for Vet Bills! 7. Buy-Back Policy   We do not offer any BUYE- BACK POLICY for Any Reason. Goes for All Returns:Owner pays for shipping
